  • Introduction
    • Welcome to Porta Belle. By shopping with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully before placing an order.
  • Business Information
    • Porta Belle is based in Singapore. For any queries you may contact us at info@portabelle.co.
  • Use of our website/content
    • We reserve the right to refuse service, update product information at any time.
    • Misuse of our website including fradulent activity is strictly prohibited.
  • Products & Pricing
    • Please note that all dimensions are approximate. Minor variations in size may occur due to the handcrafted nature of the product and measurement methods.
    • We make reasonable efforts to represent product colours and details accurately. Actual shades may differ slightly due to lighting conditions and individual screen settings.
    • Natural leather may display variations in grain, texture, creasing and colour. Minor manufacturing variations do not necessarily constitute defects. These descriptions do not exclude remedies for products that fail to meet applicable quality or conformity requirements.
    • Products are available while stocks last.
    • Pre-order arrival estimates are provided on the relevant product pages and may be subject to change.
    • Should an item be out of stock but offered on pre‑order, the expected arrival timeframe from factory is 2–4 weeks.
    • Prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD), applicable throughout all countries.
    • We may update or discontinue products without prior notice.
  • Pre-order items
    • Only paid orders will be accepted and all orders are considered final. 
    • Please proceed with preorder only if you are comfortable with the waiting period and understand that unforeseen delays may occur.
    • Unforeseen manufacturing, supplier or logistics delays may affect the estimated availability date.
    • If a significant delay occurs, Porta Belle will notify affected customers and explain the available options, including any cancellation or refund rights required by applicable law.
    • For local orders that include both instock and preorder items, the instock items will be shipped separately from preorder items.

  • Payment
    • We accept, Paypal, credit/debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
    • Payment must be completed at checkout.
    • In case of chargebacks or failed payments, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
  • Shipping & Delivery
    • Instock items ordered will be mailed out within 3-5 working days upon confirmation of payment.
    • We are not liable for delays caused by couriers.
    • Delivery timeframes are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, unless otherwise stated.
    • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping and contact information.
    • Shipping availability, charges and estimated delivery times vary by destination.
    • For Singapore and Malaysia orders, please refer to our Delivery & Returns Policy.
    • For Thailand, Japan and the Philippines, please refer to our International Shipping & Returns Policy.
    • Where a delivery is delayed, lost or damaged in transit, customers should contact Porta Belle so that we can investigate and determine an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law.

  • Returns & Refunds
    • As we are a small business, we are unable to accommodate returns, refunds or exchange after payment has been made.
    • Only items with verified manufacturing defects or incorrect shipments will be eligible for replacement. Return products must be in brand new condition.
    • All confirmed orders are considered final and no amendment or cancellation are allowed.
    • If an item becomes unavailable, you will be notified and offered a full refund.
    • Customers must notify us within 5 days of delivery with supporting photos.
    • Minor variations such as small dimension deviations, slight unevenness in cutting or stitching, natural creases, or loose threads that do not affect the bag’s functionality are normal manufacturing characteristics and not defects.
    • All claims are subject to review and approval by Porta Belle.
    • Approved replacements will be shipped at no additional cost.
    • If replacement items is out of stock, processing time may be longer until item becomes available.
    • Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us within 5 days if there are any issues.

  • Sale & Promotional Items
    • All items purchased during sales, promotional campaigns or at discounted prices are considered final sale. Strictly no returns, exchanges and refunds.
  • Privacy & Data Protection
    • We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except payment processors and logistics partners. We are not responsible for how these parties handle privacy or personal data.
  • Order Acceptance
    • Porta Belle reserves the right to decline or cancel orders where an item is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, a clear pricing or listing error has occurred, or fraudulent activity is reasonably suspected, subject to applicable law.
    • If an order is cancelled by Porta Belle after payment has been received, the amount paid for the cancelled items and any applicable shipping charges will be refunded.
  • Intellectual Property
    • You may use our photos but please do so by crediting Porta Belle for the photo(s) used.
  • Changes to Terms
    • We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page and continued use of our website constitues acceptance of the revised terms.
