    • Welcome to Porta Belle. By shopping with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully before placing an order.
  • Business Information
    • Porta Belle is based in Singapore. For any queries you may contact us at info@portabelle.co.
  • Use of our website/content
    • We reserve the right to refuse service, update product information at any time.
    • Misuse of our website including fradulent activity is strictly prohibited.
  • Products & Pricing
    • Please note that all dimensions are approximate. Minor variations in size may occur due to the handcrafted nature of the product and measurement methods.
    • We strive to ensure product descriptions are accurate. However actual shades may vary slightly due to lighting conditions during photography, screen settings.
    • Such variations do not constitue defects or grounds of return.
    • Products are available while stock last.
    • Should an item be out of stock but offered on pre‑order, the expected arrival timeframe from factory is 2–4 weeks.
    • Prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD), applicable throughout all countries.
    • We may update or discontinue products without prior notice.
  • Pre-order items
    • Only paid orders will be accepted and all orders are considered final. 
    • Please proceed with preorder only if you are comfortable with the waiting period and understand that unforeseen delays may occur.
    • For local orders that include both instock and preorder items, the instock items will be shipped separately from preorder items.

  • Payment
    • We accept, Paypal, credit/debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
    • Payment must be completed at checkout.
    • In case of chargebacks or failed payments, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
  • Shipping & Delivery
    • Instock items ordered will be mailed out within 3-5 working days upon confirmation of payment.
    • We are not liable for delays caused by couriers.
    • For more information on delivery, please refer to our delivery and return policy.
  • Returns & Refunds
    • Porta Belle does not accept returns, exchanges and refunds for all orders.
    • All confirmed orders are considered final and no amendment or cancellation are allowed.
    • If an item becomes unavailable, you will be notified and offered a full refund.
    • Only items with verified manufacturing defects or incorrect shipments will be eligible for replacement. Return products must be in brand new condition with Porta Belle’s card.
    • Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.
    • Minor variations such as small dimension deviations, slight unevenness in cutting or stitching, natural creases, or loose threads that do not affect the bag’s functionality are normal manufacturing characteristics and not defects.
    • All claims are subject to review and approval by Porta Belle.
    • Approved replacements will be shipped at no additional cost.
    • If replacement items is out of stock, processing time may be longer until item becomes available.
    • Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us within 48 hours if there are any issues.
  • Customs Duties & Taxes
    • International orders may be subject to local customs duties or taxes. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and must be paid directly to local authorities.
  • Privacy & Data Protection
    • We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except payment processors and logistics partners. We are not responsible for how these parties handle privacy or personal data.
  • Intellectual Property
    • You may use our photos but please do so by crediting Porta Belle for the photo(s) used.
  • Changes to Terms
    • We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page and continued use of our website constitues acceptance of the revised terms.
