Pre-Order Policy
By placing a Pre-order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
- A pre‑order reserves your item before it is available for immediate shipment.
- By placing a pre‑order, you acknowledge the item is not yet in stock and agree to the estimated delivery timeframe provided.
- Payment
- Full payment is required at checkout to confirm your reservation.
- Prices are fixed at the time of order and are not subject to later promotions or discounts.
- Estimated Shipping Timeline
- Each pre‑order item will display an estimated dispatch window (e.g. 2–4 weeks).
- Dispatch dates are projections only and may change due to production schedules, shipping delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Standard shipping times apply once the item is in stock.
- Orders containing multiple pre‑order items will ship once all items are available, unless you request separate shipments (additional shipping fees may apply).
- Cancellations
- Change of mind cancellations are not permitted.
- Cancellations will only be considered if your item is delayed beyond 3 weeks outside the estimated dispatch window.
- Requests will be reviewed case by case by Porta Belle.
- In the event of force majeure (e.g. global supply chain disruptions, natural disasters), cancellations are not permitted.
- Refunds & Returns
- Refunds are only available if Porta Belle cancels the item or is unable to fulfill delivery.
- Once delivered, standard return policy apply.
- Product Availability
- If an item becomes unavailable, you will be notified and offered a full refund.
- Acceptance Terms
- By placing a pre‑order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
- Porta Belle reserves the right to update these terms at any time, with the revised version posted on our website.
